Do your developments have paved roads?

Yes.  All of our developments have roads that will be paved in asphalt.  Because we sell homesites for custom homes, we anticipate a great deal of traffic on the roads during the initial stages of development.  Therefore, the roads will be paved upon completion of approximately 75% of the construction in the development.

Who pays for the paved road construction?

We do!  We have set aside funds from the sale of each parcel into an interest-bearing account at Bank Star in Pacific, MO.  The amount set aside is based on bids acquired before the first sale.

How do I buy a parcel?

Purchasing a homesite is easy!  Licensed real estate agents are available at our development offices every weekend, to answer questions and assist you.  A $100.00 deposit will hold a homesite for 7 days.  If, after a week, you are satisfied with the homesite, an additional $900.00 is due to commit to closing.  In the event you decide to not purchase the homesite, the $100.00 is cheerfully returned!!

Do I have to build right away and use your builder?

Absolutely not.  You can build now or later. You can use your own builder. However, if you don't have plans or a builder, we can make recommendations.

How much money do I have to put down?

We can arrange good financing with excellent terms through Bank Star.  Bank Star requires just a small down payment.  For more information, call us at 636.391.1939.
