What's New???

Why are so many folks moving out of Saint Louis County and into surrounding counties like Lincoln and Warren?  Many factors are playing into this common scenario.  First, the outer suburbs are developing beautifully.  Good restrictions, large homesites, quality roads and convenient shopping are making the outer suburbs more attractive.  Second, technological advancements, like high-speed internet access and cellular phones, are allowing more work to be accomplished away from the traditional office.  Employees can work from home and from their cars.  Finally, homeowners are finding exceptional value in the outer suburbs.  One can purchase a three acre estate homesite for less money than a 1/4 acre homesite in St. Louis.

Our newest development is Claremont, in Eastern Warren County.  This property is beautiful.  Dotted with lakes and ponds, the property has scenic views in every direction.  Located on the eastern boundary of the popular Innsbrook development, Claremont offers the beauty of country living at an affordable price.  To learn more, visit our Eastern Warren County page.

Lincoln County is growing -- fast! According to the 2000 U.S. Census, Lincoln County is the fourth fastest growing county in the state of Missouri with a rate of 34.8%. The city of Troy grew by 76.8% between the 1990 and 2000 census. (Click here.)
